Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it to us (with your invoice) within 7 days of date of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please contact us before returning goods, and it is strongly advised to use a recorded delivery service, as we are not responsible for non-returned goods.

VAT and Overseas Customers
Inside the EC - VAT is payable in all order unless you have a VAT registration number, in which you do not have to pay VAT. (We may ask for proof).
Outside the EC - No VAT is payable on mail order goods delivery outside the EC.
Insurance - We recommend that you ask for insurance for goods bound for overseas transit.
